Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 May 2026

These terms govern your use of Stoolio. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Stoolio.

Not medical advice. Stoolio is a health & lifestyle tracker, not a medical device or service. Nothing in the app is a diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any health concern. Never disregard professional advice because of something you saw in Stoolio.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stoolio and be able to form a binding agreement.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, disrupt the platform, scrape or overload the API, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm others or break the law.

Your data

Your logs are yours. We claim no ownership of the content you create. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and warranty

Stoolio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important by exporting it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoolio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health decisions made based on the app. The app is for personal awareness, not clinical use.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service over time, and we may suspend or end accounts that violate them. We'll revise the date above when terms change materially.
